Library Hour: Lets Meditate – January 21, 2020
Kimberlee Moore M.Ed., M.Ac., Lic. Ac. explores meditation through the means of different styles of meditation such as: breathing meditation, heart centered meditation, mindfulness meditation and Metta meditation (love & kindness meditation). Kimberlee Moore is a licensed, board-certified acupuncturist who also holds a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and advanced certification in Sound and Harmonics therapy.
